Use the search button in the upper right corner to find answers to questions like these. Also, the FAQ section is your best friend now! People on here don't like to spoon feed the easy-to-find answers to people who don't do their research (even though NICO is full of a bunch of very kind guys/girls, lol).

Do you have digital or analog guages? If digital, it is a very common, very covered problem. Here is the site I found that helped me fix mine:http://multi-index.myonlinesit...o.htm

Might be a bad dimmer switch.

this happens to me as well. each time i turn on my headlights the taillights/dash fuse blows. i havn't been able to fix it yet but i heard alot of guys have been able to fix this by simply changing the taillight bulbs.

Possible but you are simply pulling too much current, I'd check for shorts.

LET THERE BE LIGHT!!! I finally got my dash lights to work. What you need to do is look at where the fuseses are, there is a little white box right beside it, try and replace it with a new one. Thats what I did.

yep first thing to check for are the sockets for carbon deposits. clean out the deposits and it'll stop shorting out right at that socket.

You all are lucky. NONE of my interior lights work, not even my cluster gauge ones, or my radio. I have little light in there rigged for a switch I made so I can so how fast I'm going at night :-)

So is the TCU problem dash light specific? I have both dash and tail lights out and switching in a new fuse did nothing. It sounds like you guys with the TCU problem only have non-working dash lights.

I have dash and taillights out, replaced the tcu, but problem persists. Its not the light switch, and not the bulbs. I pulled all of the lights off and the fuse still blows, on about fuse 20, all of my lights have continuity to them when they are not supposed to so the problem is before that. Let me know if you find anything I will do the same.

Time to rewire it yourself.
