dash lights are out Help!

So I'm driving and I suddenly my dash lights go off. But when I tap on my brakes they return. As soon as I release the brake pedal they are off again. Also the parking lights are no longer functioning. What do you think happened? All of the fuses seem to be intact.... Hmmm
