dash lights and HUD not working

of course my HUD is not working as it seems to not be in most s13's. i have looked up and read everywhere i could and found i probly need a new capacitor. does anyone know if there could be any other problem with it? the HUD is not working at all, ever. also, my dash lights do not even work... i was wondering if once i fix the HUD will my dash lights work? or is that a whole other problem? also... where could i find a cheap capacitor?

do you have an aftermaerket radio? if so check the dimmer wire it could be grounding out.

Hope you figure it out and get it all fixed up randi! If not, ill still trade you I have been working on the car nonstop since you were over the other day, my fuse is now relocated underneath the airbag cover. Have you tried to find a capactior?
