Dash Light Question

Just purchased an '08 Versa S for commuter car and am very pleased with it. Couple of things that don't add up with me, though, is the lighting on the lower dash and I haven't been able to find the answers on the internet.

The foot lighting or interior floor lighting that most cars have, this one doesn't. I'm not certain if the bulbs are burnt out, disconnected or what happened - or if the car even had it in the first place. I think that it did since the dimmer wheel for the instrument cluster has a notch where it "clicks" and most cars this brings on the floor lights. Where are the bulbs on the Versa? Incidentally, the cluster that has the rear view mirror adjustments and the dimmer wheel only has the dimmer wheel lighted. I would think that both the adjustments and the wheel would be illuminated.

Is there an on-line resource for where these lights are located and whether or not they even exist?

You have an 08 versa S, just like me. I believe it did not come with footwell lighting. many people have added their own. I also don't know the purpose of the dimmer wheel clicking in place, so I'm lost on that one. My previous car had footwell lighting which came on with the headlights (light sensor on dash turned them on)

yup.. versa doesnt come with lighting under the dash... so i installed my own as you can see:....also installed some light under the seats...
