From time to time when I turn on my head lights my dash lights, speedometer and HUD will not come on at first. After a few miles down the raod they will come on and stay on till I turn the car. It doesn't seem like an intermittent wire problem, more like a balist for a fluresent light starting to die. Any help would be great..
