dash lighs, tail lights, and running lights dont work

My dash lighs, tail lights, and running lights dont work. But the head lights and brake lights work. I checked all the fuses and there fine. I don't know whats wrong. HELP!

RECHECK YOUR FUSES AGAIN. I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM LAST WEEK. I HAD A FUSE THAT WAS BLOWN. I REPLACED IT AND EVERYTHING WORKED. SOMETIMES A BLOWN FUSE MAY LOOK OK WHEN ITS NOT.
