dash kit??

okay so i know this is the wrong section but it seems like more people look at this section more than the audio/video section.

I was wondering where some of you guys got the navi dash kit. I have a 2.5s stock and i was wondering where i could get a dash kit so i could put in my new navi that i'm going to get soon.

Being that you are looking at a quality piece like the W900 I would go a different route to get your dash kit. Local shops are going to have the basic plastic double din dash kit which is just your regular black ABS. I highly recommend going to Nissan and buying the "radio delete bezel". Some altima's starting in 08 come without a radio at all! its just an empty hole in the dash. the catch is that this bezel although you are probably going to pay about 75 for is as apposed to 20 for the plastic one. This bezel has real metal factory mounting brackets and is texture matched to the rest of the dash. Gorgeous!

$75?!? You got hosed. Check the link in the FAQ at the top of this forum. You can buy that part online for under $30 shipped. Only catch is it doesn't work with cars with the auto climate control.

Indeed he did. Part number 15 friends...$21.86 plus shipping. I think I paid around $27.00 total.
