Dash, headlights, stereo, and others dont work

I got a 1990 240 with sr20det.

So I just got done swapping gaskets on my manifold (to the block and to the turbo). Now my stereo, dashlights, turn signals, brake lights, dome light, horn all do not work. My turbo timer DOES work. My headlights DO work but they will not pop up. My clock light DOES work but the clock it's self does not.

I check the fuses in the kick box under the dash and under the hood and they're all good. One fuse was out in the box under the hood on the passenger side. It's the "FL 75a ALT" I believe this is for my alternator. Isn't that just for charging your battery? Woudl it have an effect like what I'm having?

Has anyone had this problem? I've searched and found one post like mine but it had no replies.
