Dash ebrake light on hit brakes goes off accelerate comes on
Have 08 Altima coupe 6 speed 3.5 33K mi. Ebrake light stays on after ebrake is released. Once driving, hit the brakes light goes off. Accelerate and it comes back on. Cable seems to be adjusted ok...no slack in handle.

Check the brake fluid, sounds like it's low.

Wow...that was it. Just checked fluids last weekend and it was about mid way if I remember correctly.

check the booster for fluid use a suction tool with a hose if there is fluid in it you will need a new mastercylinder
