My dash cluster has been going crazy. It'll be off for five minutes then it'll turn back on and have lines until finally it gets normal. Any idea what it could be?

First off, welcome to NICO. I can't really tell from your description what exactly is happening. Would you please back up, slow down, and walk through it again? You have a 2008 Altima Coupe, right? Is the dash digital? Post a picture of it being "normal" and being "crazy". thanks.
