dash cluster removed then put back in, doesn't light up with headlights?

took my dash cluster off to solder the air bag bulb back on and now that its back in, when i turn on headlights the gauges don't light up. really wierd, what should i look for all the connections were in.

working on it could have blown a fuse. or maybe a drop of solder got in the wrong place and screwed with it, or a wire got clpped/broken.
