Does anyone know if the Infiniti M37 dash cluster is interchangeable with the Fuga cluster? I have the japanese version and would like to change it to english.
Also, does the RHD/LHD make a difference?

Nissan is funky about that, there are instances where the same MY has two different cluster types with completely incompatible pinouts. I know a guy who popped fuses everyplace on a Sentra trying to upgrade his cluster, the harness was a complete mismatch. The safest move (if possible) is to get the pinout for your Fuga and compare it to pinouts in the Infiniti FSM's here to see if they match up. Short of that, you'll need to map the power connections to your cluster and then try an Infiniti cluster with power and ground on the same pins. You still might run into CAN issues, but that's something you can only determine by experiment.

I thought the same about the pinouts not necessary matching.
The Infiniti cluster is going to cost me a few hundred so I probably won't take the risk that it doesn't work.
