So, for the past couple of days the dash brake light has remained on all the time. What do I need to check to see about resolving this? Any ideas? All the lights are working correctly.

Thanks

I'd make sure your ebrake is all the way off. Maybe pull it, then let it back down a couple times. Just the brake light right? Not the abs light?

Yes, it is the red one. I took the console apart and got to the e-brake. The light stays on whether I push the spring loaded pin or just leave it alone.

Ok. Searched internet, and found that this light is also used for the fluid level. My fluid level was just above min, but it was not enough to make float turn the light off. I added a few ounces of brake fluid and the light went out.
