Alright guys I'm having an issue with my passenger side down pipe.. I don't know how it happened but the part of the down pipe where it splits and goes into the turbo intake manifold broke off. I'm wondering if I drive the car with the down pipe broken like that will it cause severe problems to the car? I know it sounds horrible right now.. and I'm trying to find some down pipes.. so any information on broken down pipes? Also anyone know of someone selling used or brand new dp's? Looking for a split flange down pipe. Thanks guys I'll try to put pics up of what's going on with the down pipe.

Its doesn't harm the car. just a exhaust leak. could harm you though if the fumes are getting into the interior.
As for parts this is what i came up with googlin round.

Im a 240 driver so honestly dunno jack bout 300zx parts so before going out and buyin a aftermarket one. ask around to see which down pipes are best
Alternatively look around forums for part outs and such and try to snag one from there. or go to a pick it style car junk yard

Actually, your O2 sensor is mounted to the downpipe. It won't be able to monitor the fuel ratio on that side. Personally, I wouldn't drive it like that.

correct, but I don't think it'll harm anything other than performance. When the o2 doesn't read anything, it'll cause you to run rich-not lean. In fact, if you're in a pinch and have a bad o2 sensor, you can unplug the electrical connector and it'll run better than If you left it plugged in.
