are all the parts compatible from a 95 KA24de to 91 KA24DE?

i just bought a 95 ka24de and i just wanted to know if all the parts are compatible with the 91 like ECU ect. and such and such.i just want to have everyhing ready for my engine swamp this saturday.thanks.

No--the easiest will be to swap your manifold,harness and cas/distributor ans some heater hoses from the 91 to the 95--I am in the process of doing this right now.
