Car: 2015 Nissan Versa S

Post

: So Im hoping to find a new car just to just to drive to and from work in my price range and low and behold I make the biggest mistake of my life I buy a white 2015 Nissan Versa S manual. I do not like automatic cars. I learned on a stick and perfer them now. I bought my Nissan in Bentonville AR. After buying the car I notice that the Bluetooth doesn't work ( Nissan already knows) at highway speeds and at 80 my RPM'S where at 4000+ and I thought well it's just a cheap little car but the car pulled hard and I kept taking it to the dealership where I was told it was the curvature of the road and so forth and as far as the Bluetooth they couldn't fix something that wasn't broken.( I was told to switch phone carriers) This is when I contacted Nissan Customer affairs. I was told to bring my car in and the service center who had been very rude suddenly became very nice and discovered that my struts and rack and pinion had been installed wrong in the factory. They made many attempts to correct the problem's but where never able to get the car in alignment. Nissan sent a master tech from Dallas who complimented me on how well I drove a stick and found the car to be out of alighment. That was Nissan's last attempt at getting the car in alighment. I then took the car to a better Nissan service center who found the car to be out of alighment. Nissan Consumer Affairs representatives are the meanest and unprofessional people I have ever dealt with . He laughed at me and said do what you wanna do and I again contacted the Arkansas Attorney General and Nissan agreed to buy back this piece of %&@$#. Unfortunately the joke was on me due to the car being financed through Santander they don't do buy back's. After I took a settlement from Nissan ( not much) and signed away my rights to sue Nissan and the Dealership the Clutch went out. Nissan sent there specialist down and complimented me on how well I had drove a stick and I have had a manual since I was 16 and driving one since 14 and my clutch goes out going down the freeway. The RPM's kept jumping and the car was losing power and slowing down in 5th gear. I called the Nissan dealership and they had no loaner car's and my now spouse was out of town in my beloved miata. ( The miata had 180k and was on the second clutch due to the u joint failing and burning up the tranny) So I continued to drive my car until the following Monday when the dealership had a loaner. From the moment I walked in I knew that they were not going to fix my car under the warranty and so I called the devil himself .Nissan Consumer Affairs who without my written or verbal permission disected my Transmission and said my clutch had lots of signs of ware. Well sure it did I drove the car for 3 days like this. When your in the health care field you gotta have reliable transportation and be at work. My now mother in law didn't want my spouse to return the miata at this time and told me to write a check for it. After I wrote the check for a lot of money on a car that had around 10k miles on it I couldn't get in touch with her. She was rich and said she was a Christian and minister. She just happened to be very prejudice and I didn't know. The Dealership who missed that my was messed up from the factory multiple times and called the car pulling hard a constant drift actually sent the check to the prosecuting attorney. After their overwhelming incompetence and level of bs I couldn't believe it. I never paid it because I have the text from my biggot mother in law and thought that she would be prosecuted if anyone would be..... Wrong it was me and after having the flu and being very sick and having problems with my B\p I was pulled over and taken to jail. I suffered a seizure and injured my knee while in jail and was never given my dose of b\p med's. My last b\p was 240\140 and I had severe chest pain the entire time I was there. My silver lining is that before I was arrested for my $1035 dollar check in a car that's now known to have premature clutch failure. ( It's Nissan's new Juke timing chain). My silver lining is that Nissan's smart a** Consumer Affairs said I could pay them back the 4 grand which I gladly am and then I'm writing to all 50 attorney general's and every person and forum that I can and will give Nissan and the dealership where I bought this car Justice they have never known before. I lost controll of this car once before they got it into "drivable alligment" and did 360's on the interstate and wreaked but just damaged my back bumper. Then all of my many medications get discontinued in jail and I almost die and then get offered my dream job I've been waiting my entire career for only to be escorted out during orientation due to a pending felony charge. Yes, Nissan is going out of business and there will be absolutely no undisclosed monies or settlement's that I would take from these greasy dishonest bastard's who ruin consumers lives and don't care. How many Nissan Jukes engines where blown before Nissan owned up? Any and all help will greatly be appreciated! Did I ever drive a Coincidental, I just ran into a herd of dear but the Versa wasn't totalled but my airbag just opened enough to sprain my wrist and then deflat slowly while realising a white powder. I wonder if my airbag going off incorrectly was my fault as well. [email protected]
