dang on rust man

My rocker panel and rear quarter panel are all rusty on the bottom...

Should I:

A) Replace themB) De-rust them and put on side skirtsC) Beat the previous owner senseless for leaving it in the snow

um....i like choices a and c. first replace them and then beat the previous owners' face IN!!

Oops...sucks to be that previous owner who didn't give a **** about their car. Replace them IMO.
