Just went about clearing some broken pieces of glass from the drain tube located at the driver's side A pillar of my car. Long story short, I ended up pulling the tube completely out to be able to clear it. Trying to feed it back down now, but hitting snags.

I have already removed the headliner and interior pieces that would be in the way. It would seem to me that with the distance I am feeding it befor it snags, I may have to pull the dash out or something else.

Just wondering if you guys have any suggestions for routing the tubeback to where it should be. Simply knowing exactly how to access that pathway would be a tremendous help.

And yes, I did search.Thanks.

That was the first thing I did actually. I pulled it because my drivers seat was soaked when I opened the door. I took the time to clean the collecting area and make sure nothing was blocking the drain holes at the top then moved to the tubes themselves. My dillemma now is that my drivers side A pillar tube will not slide completely down the pillar. Wondering if I should remove my dash or fender or what to be able to re position the tube. I really don't want to pull either one. I guess I should try the dash, I do have other things to do back there once it's pulled. Sigh.

I just replaced mine a couple months ago, and I didnt have to remove the dash. I just sprayed the new hose with an aerosol glass cleaner, and fed it down the pillar. When the hose got snagged around the top of the fender area, I just kept trying to feed it through by spinning(ect, ect) and finally was able to reach up and grab it with my fingers. You might have to unbolt some of the electronic boxes that are fastened to the frame so you can really get your hand in the unibody. Good luck and if your girlfriend has small hands, Id just ask her to do it.
