Hi, I've got an 2001 anniversary edition Maxima SE with 136000 miles. Yes I placed a lot of miles every year.I just took the car in for a major service and got her back with my airbag light flashing.....and of course when I see them about it the answer is they've not done anything......then it is the minimum $99/hour to diagnose. Does anyone have a quick fix to this problem? The dealership gave me the same song and dance of the minimum $99/hr to diagnose for my heated seats. The backs warm up fine but the seat bottoms are very slow. Any answers here? The dealership already milked me of my hard earned money to change the day time running light module......here I thought no more than $25......the thing costs $312 plus labor..........Can I just have my transmission fluid changed or should I do the recommended transmission flush for $299? How about the power steering fluid change? This has been a great car for me but the dealerships are crooks.

find a mechanic that is good with nissans. go to the dealership when you absolutely have to. this way you can save lots of money.
