damn offsets and ?s

I have had 2 diferen't answers on my question. I'm wanting to get some 18X8.5 with a 15 mm offset for my s14. Someone tol dme that the will be very flush with my fenders and I might need to roll the fronts...no problem. Another source tol dme that they will stick out way past my fenders. So which is true? They only make these wheels in a 15 and a 40mm offset. Also, would these wheels with the 15mm offset have a nice lip? TIA

USE. THE. OFFSET. CALCULATOR IN THE FAQ. its going to stick out, use that tool to see how much.
