The cylinder 3 gate drive signal to the coil pack is no good. It's there but very very low and out of spec where it should be about .15V on a scope it's about .02.

I contacted Apexi about sending my unit in for repair, they can do it, but the turn around time is 2-3 months.

Since the IC15 amplifier drive is bad, I thought I may try something.....
Does the RB fire two cylinders at once? If so I may try to run both transistors (coil packs) or that common drive signal and see what happens.

Yea I started doing homework and no go. I actually want to swap my FC into a running car unplug the injectors and check for spark on that car. I'm doubtful, but I would like confirmation before I am without an ECU for 3 months.

The question is, did your harness damage the PFC or was the PFC dead? If you think the pfc was dead maybe using an OEM ecu to make sure all coils are firing is the thing to do.

The old harness was a mess, I have sourced a new OEM ECU harness, and installed it a while back. I bet it was the old owners "wiring" which was a nightmare. However I am borrowing a CAS from a local shop and I am going to try just to see if I'm lucky or not.

That's unfortunate. I would try to test the motor with an OEM ecu if you have one at your disposal. I would test your PFC for you but my car is a good few weeks from running again.

Looking for a stock ecu to test with only, then resell once it passes. My ECU is the problem for sure.

I have a spare S2 ECU here if you need one of those. The only catch is that I am not sure if the tach output works, it died years ago due to a short and a buddy borrowed the ecu to troubleshoot and fixed it for the favor, but I never confirmed it was actually repaired. I will let it go cheap because of that.

Yeah all I want it for is to make sure I have all coil pulses before plugging a repaired unit in. Please PM me a price shipped to 19135
