damn light signal

how do you slow down the turn signal on drivers side when the lights are on. i searched but i couldn't find anything really except for the relay. is that the only problem both the front and back are doing it so i don't think it is the bulbs.

I would check for a short.

wow all i had to do was unscrew it from bumper and once i did that it worked
