Man I'm FU{KEN PISSED~! I just got done with my clutch swap and guess what I did? I did the clutch fork ALL WRONG, and this is the SECOND TIME I've done this~!!!!! $HIT~!!!!!Man, if anyone can tell me how the damn thing is supposed to be, please do so. This is so frustrating....

So far, this is my current setup for the clutch fork:The clutch forkthe clip on the clutch fork that has the notch at the topthe throwout bearing carrierthe clip for the TO bearing carrierthe TO Bearing

Now, is the clip for the TO bearing carrier supposed to have the open side away from the fork??? And is it supposed to be snagged with the notch from the fork's clip????? How the hell is it supposed to be again? I keep doing this damn part wrong, maybe someone should include it in the write-ups.....

Ohhh and also, where's the EGR Valve located? Is it right next to the intake manifold???

Well, I tore the whole car apart again. Clutch fork was still intact. I dunno what else it could be....I replaced the master cylinder and everything else that comes with the clutch kit. The only other explaination I can think of would be the pilot bushing or the slave cylinder.....but here's some info:

Car started rightMade sound....car revs, but speedometer wont go up as fast....can shift gears w/o pressing the clutch (YES I BLED THE SYSTEM)Rear Driver side wheel made chatterring noise....

Anyone else know what it could be????

Yeah, actually I've solved my problem. Looks like the splines on the input shaft didnt meet up with the teeth for the clutch disk....LOL I'm a foo~!

Well, everything is aligned, just a matter of making the input shaft line up with the disk. I DID use a clutch alignment tool...just to let you know
