ok, i was at work today(I work at baskin robbins) and there was nobody in. no one ever comes in during the winter. i was talking to my boss and fidgeting at the same time, because i always fidget, but little did i know i was fidgeting with a razor.:nono:thumbd i didn't feel anything at first, but my boss was like, OH MY GOD!! you're bleeding!! i flooded the place with blood and got that dizzy feeling. when i realized what i did i felt so stupid!! it's gonna be filed as worker's comp i guess, but it was my own damn fault!:slap i got a cut that was the whole length of my pinkie finger and got 9 stitches. this is the first time i had stitches, and i had never before pictured it so disturbing. i'm sure some of you have had worse pains in your life, but god! this is the worst for me. first the cut, then the burning sensation you get from them giving you shots in your cut, then the fact how i got cut was so stupid!! anyways, i just had to vent my frustration. what's the stupidest thing you guys have ever done?

Ouch, I bet that stitched up finger looks pretty doesn't it. :) I tripped down my steps(brick) when I was like 8 years old. I had to get 7 stitches right above my eye on my eyebrow. My dog got neutered and one of its nuts was about the size of a large tangerine/small orange. How is that relevant? He had stitches too. :D

tru tru, i am a pansy. that's why i always drive really slow. i don't want to wreck my baby and experience pain. i'm afraid of pain, although pain really isn't as bad as it's hyped up to be. I know, 9 stitches isn't much, but what the shiity part is, is how i did it.

HAHAHAHAHA....I laugh at your stupidity! HAHAHAHAHA. Don't worry soon you'll realize my stupidity is infinitely worse. That part comes later though.

I'm 18 and I've had stitches six times:

1. I was like five, running in and out of the back door. The last time i ran in, I tripped and landed my chin right on the metal door plate. Lotsa stitches in my chin.

2. I was like 9, sleeping. I managed to wrap myself up in my sheets so much that I rolled right out of bed, chin first ofcourse. Got taken to the emergency room in a shirt and underwear for a bunch more stitches in my chin.

3. I think I was 11 this time. I was taking a shower right before my birthday party. For some stupid reason I decided to step on the tub wall when I got out...guess what hit first when I landed....ofcourse my chin. Worst part of this one is that I was going to race go karts for my birthday but I couldn't cause I was all drugged up :(

4. Somewhere in there I was riding a horse and a big ole ride on lawn mower launched a rock and nailed me in the back. More stitches.

5. At one point I got a mole removed on my back....couple more stitches.

And now, the stupid one:6. I was like 17, playing with one of my many pocket knives. My friend told me that I almost cut him. Well I had to prove to him that I didn't so I reinacted what happened and guess what...I fuggin' cut myself! I sliced that web of skin between the thumb and first finger with a newly sharpened knife. This one was kinda cool cause when you cut yourself there it makes a little pocket that pools up with blood. Looked kinda cool and it was somewhere where I could actually watch them sew me up. :)

Anyhoo...those're my stories. Laugh loud and laugh long.

Ya'll remember those slap bracelets that were popular about 12-13 years ago? I had one that had the fabric pulled back on it, any way my brother threw it at me and the piece of metal in the middle cut my wrist..wasn't a big cut, but it bled like you would not believe it...

I could obsiouisly tell during the run what was going on, but I didnt wanna stop I had a bet riding on it.)

I've only had stitches once...when I was a little kid I was running out the back door of my grandparents house. The lock for that door was one of those older style latches that you fold over to the wall to bolt it shut. Well, the latch piece itself was sticking straight out and as I ran under it I guess I stood up under it too fast and cut my head open.

Oddly enough it didn't really hurt...the only part that sucked was those shots they give you directly in the cut. Those stung.

I was out playing/running a paintball outing for a remote event ( where we pack up all our equipment and go out to someone elses land so that they don't have to come to our awesome field because they're dumbasses and want to play at their own place ) and there was about a 78 degree hill up to where the cars were and it was a good 15 feet high so I backed off and went at it full tilt to run up it. Next thing I know I'm face down in the leaves on the hill wondering what happened, I looked back and my lower half was dangling on a triple layer barbed wire fence. It was rusted and I couldn't see it because it was covered in leaves and the slope of the hill made it impossible to know it was there. I extracted myself from the barbed wire, I had barbs through my thighs, right below my knees, and in my ankles, and it was the old kind where the barbs are like an inch. : ) I crawled over the fence got up the hill and popped open the first aid kit while everyone paniced. : ) Pulled my BDU's up, poured some peroxide on the slashes, wrapped a bit of cloth around and went and played about 5 more hours of very active paintball because shortly thereafter I found out the guys were all a former marine infantry squadron. : ) Very amusing, I proceeded to fall into ravines, slam into log traps, it was great. : ) Thats probably one of the worst things I did to myself. Oh yeah, and one day I was like 11 and roller skating down a hill, I hit about 30 miles per hour and then slammed into a crack in the pavement, I went flying, took all the skin off my legs, arms, and hands, that was fun, then I hobbled home about three blocks, lost a lot of blood. Oh yeah, when I was like 7 I was skateboarding and an acorn locked in the wheel, I went flying and scraped the skin off the right side of my face, I walked home after that one too, bleeding a lot. Hmm, lets see, I've been shot in the neck playing paintball on three seperate occasions, all from under 2 feet. I bled a LOT from all of those, one was when I vaulted a bunker and a newbie on my team shot me in the neck, next was at a paintball practice where we were playing 5v1 to prepare for a tournament, I was the 1. : ) Last was at the Midwest Regional Collegiate Tournament, the only game that the guys put up a fight in all day ( we rocked everyone till purdue ****ed us ) was against some Ohio University and I grabbed the flag got shot at by their whole team, escaped, my backups gun went down, I got shot to ****, took three in the neck but before the refs called me out I took one of them out too for a 1:1, both sides eliminated everyone and we won because I pulled the flag. : ) Hmm, I think those are some of the worst, oh yeah, and the kidney stone, that pretty much sucked, especially afterwards when my liver and gall bladder started to malfunction. : )

Paintball usually isn't that bad, the field I worked for then had been open for about 4 years and had NEVER had anything more than a sprained ankle if you didn't count me. : ) Course, I also never sued them or anything, so I don't count. : ) Also, most paintball isn't that rough, competition paintball is rough, very very rough, and its a lot less honorable than normal paintball. The Westpoint and Annapolis teams get demolished every year because a) they suck and b) they call themselves out. : )

yeah mang those paintballs hurt! I played for a couple years in highschool- and while some people say they get used to getting hit, I never got used to it-- fu*kin hurt every time. Especially when my idiot friends turned up the speed on their markers just to be "funny." Still got a scar from that one. I purty little circle on my arm...

I got my first set of stitches the first time a drove a car -- when I was 4 years old. Sittin at the top of my driveway (which is sorta on a downward slope) I pulled the e-break from my dad's K-Car and rolled down the driveway, through the back of the garage, and into this big *** garden of my neighbors'- totally destroyed the garage and most of the garden... got a cut above my left eye in the process- 8 or 9 stitches, somethin like that. It was fun though seeing all the destruction! (my father and neighbors where somewhat less amused, though :D )

yeah, dont you hate the itchyness when it gets dry? i too got some 2nd and 3rd leftovers on my back. Burning hurt. It was a little above the toenail pain, but the thing is the pain is amplified x10 after you "finish" burning... but showing that scar of sure is cool, chicks dig scars. it looks like a huge continent of australia on my back :)

on halloween, when i was in 5th grade i was walking into my house after a night of trick-or-treating and some high school kids drove past my house and shot me in the face with a paintball gun. It caught me by surprise and knocked me on the ground. hurt like a mofo. I get up and feel my face and theres red-orange liquid on my fingers. In my shocked state of mind i was in disbelief thinking "wtf, did i just get shot in the head, no couldnt be". That is my only paintball experience so i thought I'd share it
