Just my opinion, throw them away. Its a waste my dad had some and they just burned out. Other than that congradulation. Did it come with instructions?Lecar Prodigy wrote:thanx u guys... i needed a lil support and u guys gave me good feedback.i replaced the control arms yesterday and it really made the Q handle sooo much better.appearently the previous owner installed stillen arms and they dropped the ride and it really seemed harsh in corners and over bumps. and did i mentioned how loud they were and sqeaked to the point where it was heard outside by people...it it such a relief to me that i have that done....

But I think it will be a pain to remove the gauges.
Thats very true and if my q was new i would never do such a thing however the standard of luxury cars is on a whole different level now so i want my q to really be new and improved. i mean sure stock they are beautiful but the q is a actually a real performance luxuxy vehicle. i just wish it had a lil more sport. i had a gxe max for a first car and i would have done anything at the time for a SE. when i my q the way i want it, it will be a killer car..i pull up to newer cars and i love the fact they know already now to many cars are animals like the Q thay dont mess wit q45s. GSs bmw 5s 7s e and s classes dont dare race a good qqship96 wrote:Indigo "glow gauges" and "clear tail lamps were cool for about 15 minutes way back when they were first introduced to the market for the Civic and cavalier crowd of teenagers souping up their econoboxes. Introducing them to a classic luxury car like the Q only cheapens the look of the car.
What makes you think today's luxury cars are not on a lower level? Is it all the whiz bang thinga majiggies that fail?Lecar Prodigy wrote:

1.) Then you must have bought the wrong car.Lecar Prodigy wrote:1.) its somethin about a stock q that bores the hell out of people...2.) it takes creativity and a certain passion to upgrade a car like that q
I doubt that would fly at any body shop around here or probably any where.Lecar Prodigy wrote: they will work on your car as a rule they cannot charge you it is considered educational so if u have the parts they will do it for u free of charge...
So after the Green 94 Q45 was all put together it went straight down the road or did it pitch to an angle?Lecar Prodigy wrote:i attended apex tech in NY for collision repair and my last month on school was structural repair...i was waiting for my student loan refund, one of my classmates overheard me talking bout getting a q when i get out. he had a friend with a green 94 smashed all to hell...we had to replace the front end completely..
after the radiator support and was off u could see everything and after measuring the frame it was so off we had to straighten it... that frame broke so many of the attachments we use...once it was finally straight it took a lot of work and it was good as new.
