This is ***** tread this guy across the street from my g/f house backed into my car i didnt see it happen or do i have any real proof so i am F**ked. i hate people that dont have the guts to stand up for what thay have done. he knows he did it i know he did too.How you might ask? well he has a black 92 nissan max, i got my red S14. the dent starts at 16 and a half inchs and ends at 22 same on his rear bumber also he had red panit on his bumper and i got black on my door from his car still he said he just bought it that way so i whent to the place wher he got it (Paper tag in the window still) thay told me ther was no marks on it when he left with it. Also if its been that way how come i go over today look over at his car and most the panit is gone mmmm:rolleyes so i am really pisst

Im guessing you dint get to take pictuers of the damage and his car? Did you confront him about it? Go talk to his parents if he lives at home.. Pay his car a visit during the propers hours with a bat if he wont step up.

man its really hard to clear this up without evidence. put it in that guys face, make him fess up. but dont get violent unless its your ONLY option. you dont want it getting out of hand then him messing with your chicks car since she lives across from him

You should've called the cops in the first place. They will come to your house and do a little investigating. Tell them who you think hit you and they'll check the other guy's car out.

I know the cops will come through, because my brother's car got hated on a couple times. It's gang related... Anyway, this one time when they smashed his quarter glass, they accidentally hit my mom's Camry when they tried to get away. My mom noticed the big *** dent in the morning and she immediately reported it to the police. They sent someone over to our house and the cop was able to guess what kind of car hit her. He said it was a black suv.

I then told my brother that someone's car got f**ked up last night. He didn't know his car was the target so he checked his car and his quarter glass was broken. He and his boys went around looking for someone on the other gang who has a black suv and it turns out the cop was right.

So yeah, call the cops and file a police report. I'm not sure what a police report will do but my brother told me it's to prevent your insurance rate from going up.

I had a report taken cop even said he did ti his mom is taking up for him and hell yea i confronted him about it he acted like he knew and was like oh **** but then back off and started the i didnt do it ****. But what i am goin to do is take some pics and take a pic of his car to wher he JUST got it and have them write down it wasnt on ther when thay sold it guy allready said he would. then show him i got all this **** and see if he wants to fix this before court if not then i am takin his *** to court trust me i allready had bad things i could do to his car and him but then stoped and told myself that it was the wrong way to go about it

I had a car that was hit by a neighbor but I was lucky enough to catch him pulling away.

Take pictures of everything including shots of his house in relationship to yours.

This is a no fault hit. If you have a police report get his insurance and make a claim.

I had to get three estimates and they averaged them and sent me a check.

He is a neighbor. Doing anything silly will have you looking over your shoulder.

Right now he is looking out for you. Keep it that way.

Hey common guys! Just add some sugar to that guy gas tank, about a 1/3 of the pound. In the metter of month or so he will have to fix his engine and banch of other parts. Works like a charm. ( In combaction chamber sugar will cristalize and scrach cylinder wall and piston rings) $$$

Maybe but i really dout it cuz he got red panit on his car that wasnt ther 2 days before so said the guy that sold him the car, so he has backed into some one in the last 3 days just so happens a black car hit me. He parked wher if he backed out far of his drive way he would hit me and like i said both dents/scrachs start and end at the same height just seem kinda wired and when i confonted him about it he acted at frist like oh **** then was like i didnt do it.

Also if you guys saw it you would think the same cuz thats the car that hit mine

sorry it happened that way.. i think most of us here can relate to this in some way, i know i can. at least the cops seem to be helpful, they wouldnt even take me seriously... just do what you can man, and if its not a happy ending you can always call n hang up at 4 AM a bunch of times dont know what else to say...

I am goin to go over and show and tell him what all i got to prove it was his car if he still says it wasnt him i am goin to take him to court and i did call the cops and get a report and a writen thing from the guy who sold him the car saying that the damge wasnt ther when the car was sold so ill get him sooner or later
