So I've had my coupe for about a week and I finally noticed that one of the sides of the rear deck is jutting up. This causes the high-mounted stop light to be uneven. I don't think this is normal, because the other side is nice and flat. I was looking at one of the pictures I took when I got it and it seems that it had always been there, and I just hadn't noticed it. I tried pushing it down and it feels as though something is pushing up on the side that is sticking out. Now that I noticed it, I'm always looking at it when I turn around and it really bugs me  Any thoughts on how I can fix this? Here are some pics:

You can see the unbalanced stop light in these:

Haven't had many opportunities to wander around right there. Try folding your rear seats and looking underneath. Maybe a tab is undone or something.

Have you tried removing the rear stop light and putting it back on. Maybe something is shifted a bit underneath the stop light.

I've tried removing the stop light to see what the problem and there was nothing wrong under it. The problem is under the under the speaker cover, because when I took off the stop light, the deck was still unbalanced.

How far over there can you reach through the brake-light hole?

About 2 inches in before I think I'm touching the speaker =\. It's about the same on the other side as well

Yeah, that's what I'm planning to do. They're picking up the car to install a spoiler anyways, and I'm pretty sure the warranty will cover this right?

They should if not nissan themselves. When i picked up my car it had scratches along the passenger side, few minor ones on the hood, and a chip in the driver side window.
They repaired the scratches and replaced the windows for free.

Although I've had to go in like 4 or 5 times now since their service department sucks and cant get things done right the first time.
