I would be replacing those..

You can get away with some light scratches (very light!!), but those bearings resemble either unclean parts being assembled, assembled in an unclean environment or there was foreign material in the oil when it was being turned over...

Also the outer edges of the bearings look like they were touching the journal, but can't be 100% sure...

If the crank journal has a deep enough scratch to catch a fingernail, you will need to have it machined out...

Yea, those bearings are cooked. If you can catch your fingernail on the scratch, the crank needs turned. They MIGHT be able to polish it out, but they'll probably have to grind the crank and you'll have to fit over-sized bearings.

I second meminto's post. Clean it up, have a professional inspect the crank, clean the hell out of the block and re-assemble in an extremely clean and wind-free environment.

Cut the crank 10/10 thou, polish and new bearings. Steer clear of ACL race bearings. Have seen many de laminate over here. Go with Kings or NDC bearings and you'll never have to worry about it. ACL ain't what it used to be. They have been in allot of financial trouble for quite a while and corners are cut to save on costs. We have seen bucket loads of issues with their bearings and forged pistons in Aussie.

Running Clevite's in my CA. They've treated me well.
