Ok guys, thanks to the help of folks that wanted kickplates, I was able to improve my audio system a bit... changed up the system and went with Active crossovers for the front and substage....

Went with the German made (not china made) MB Quartz PCE 210 component for 1" tweeter and 4" midrange and JL audio W0 6.5" subwoofer for the front midbass, all controlled by the Audio control DQXS

here's some sneek pics of the fiberglassed A pillars ,2 tone, wrapped in black suede and painted in Satin black

I know, pic quality is horrible... I'll replace with better quality pics after we completely finish the install this Wednesday! All I can say is, this thing sounds close to perfect (it'll be perfect afetr I line the car with carpet and dynamat to eliminate all of the new rattles)

I heped but my custom guy did most of the work... it was a b.i.a.t.c.h. molding around the window defroster vents, but with the mold work of some aluminum fold, we were able to get a perfect fit..

also, I directed the front stage directly at me.. phuck the passengers, they didn't put in on this mang! lol

actually, I did have these installed at the meet, its just that most folks were busy watching the TV's and music videos in the trunk, and didn't bother looking inside the vehicle

Guilty as charged. But I will be sure to check them out at the next meet. Or hopefully I will get my system done and I will cruise out to SD so you can help me with some wireing.

looks good, i like it. But I am not really sure if I like that little black tip that sticks out from the grey. i think it would look alot better if the bottom of the grey and the bottom of the black lined up a little better.

Jiffy lube? hehehe

I liked it with the plain matte better, it looked more aggressive IMO.

Are you planning on putting some sort of speaker cover on the pilliars? or would that interfere/
