Anyone from the Dallas area know of any shops that install coilovers for a reasonably price?

I am located in the Garland area. I did them myself with taking my time. It took me about 4 hours but I saved a lot of money. What coils are you running? I am currently running D2 on my 2010 and it has " true coils " on it.

Im running D2 also! Go to Cobb Tuning, its $110 plus tax already. It's a lot but they work on tuner cars al the time and they know what they are doing.

$110 to get it aligned is not bad if it's done right. Although depending on how slammed you are, your camber might be too far off to straighten out with the factory camber adjustment system. Toe would still be much more important, as long as they get that right, you can always find camber adjustment kits I'm sure and get it realigned right.

Ok so here's the issue I'm having. I took it to Firestone and they got everything around -1 camber but the right front which is +1 camber and I'm rubbing like no other. They said they need to slot the struts or I have to get cam bolts to get it negative camber

That is very strange. So basically you're saying Firestone tech says on the right front tire, the top of the tire is sticking AWAY from the body? (+1 degrees camber) Unless there is something screwy or has happened on that part of the car, that tire's top should lean INTO the car like the other 3, because that's how the suspension geometry is on pretty much any independent suspension car. There must either be a bent control arm, OR something peculiar on the Altima coupe that causes this (but I have never read anyone else state this so....).

How much did you drop the car? Might just be that you have to go the camber bolt route and get it right.

The rest of them at -1 degrees, is that the max it could go or did you want a slight cambered look? I take it that is the max due to the extent of the drop. I'd have to see it to understand what's rubbing because of the off camber on one tire, but I'm definitely no expert. :gapteeth:

Edit: Also, is there any reason you are hesitating taking it to Don Davis or other Nissan dealer? I typically paid $89 for alignment and they always got it on point 1-2 tries (steering wise). Even with your mods I think they could at least let you know if it's at the limit or if there is something really messed up on that one wheel. Just a thought.

I would recommend going to Texas Track Works.

http://texastrackworks.com/

I went there to get my alignment after I installed my eibachs and then after installing camber arms.
Highly recommend them. They guys at the shop were very personable and knew their stuff. Car felt totally different after the alignment. Very "grounded" feeling. Don't know how to explain it.
