I haven’t been able to find much online, but has anyone else had the crash system give a Malfunction warning almost daily? I didn’t have a problem all summer, but now that we are regularly below freezing outside it’s almost daily. I thought it was sunrise and sunset messing with it, but now it doesn’t matter what time of day.

It’s a 2019 SL AWD.

Thanks.

Is it blinking or solid? If it's blinking it means your lane cam is obstructed, probably by frost.

It’s solid and gives me a warning in the message center.

I park inside a garage, so frost isn’t an issue, unless there is a hint of freeze over once I pull out of the garage.

Blinking means the cam, solid means something wrong in the system. You'll need to get the ADAS controller scanned.

Thank you. Can I do that scan with my generic scanner?

I’m about due for an oil change so I may just take it to the dealer to look at this issue and change the oil. It’s still under warranty anyway.

Thanks.

Has been happening to myself and my mother's Rogue Sport whenever it's frigid out. Frigid = 35-40 degrees fahrenheit. Not sure what to do but I believe we share the same issue. There's not even frost on the cars so it's quite confusing for why this would happen.

During the Thanksgiving Holiday, my Rogue was planned to sit for 5 days, so I put a trickle charger on it (with technology to shut off when fully charged). I have not had a problem since. Not sure if it is chance or not, but it seems odd. I did wash the car as well, but that hadn't solved the problem before.
