Millermatic 211 with Autoset. Just got a gas bottle for it yesterday and built a bracket to hold my subwoofer in my truck.

No more trips to the shop to have things finish welded for me. This thing is like the holy grail of welders compared to the Chicago electric machine I used to build my car. That thing was only slightly better than trying to use a Bic lighter to join two pieces of steel.

Just thought I would share with you guys because nobody I know locally gives a s*** about cool tools.

I got this for a killer deal. Machine, cart, Spool gun (for aluminum), and $80 credit for bottle all for $1215.

I want to burn something sooooooo bad. Wes drive up here and we'll take care of that hole in your floor.

I like it because of the outset feature. Just set the wire size you are using and the material thickness and you are good to go. Good invest me for me.

Wow, that makes it nice and easy. I'm always stuffing around with the feed and voltage for ages to try and get it right. Jealous...

It is, I believe, the best machine for the hobbyist welder. You can over ride the autoset feature and manually control voltage and wire speed but why would you want to.
