Lately while in 4 wheel drive I've been having extreme turn radius issues (sharp turns are impossible without force). Wondering if this is a common problem on high mileage 4x4 v6 frontiers. Seems like the wheels aren't turning or are over gripping when I attempt to park or reverse for example.

If you are trying to turn on something hard like asphalt then yes, this is normal operation.
