I have the KA24E in my 91 truck and I was looking at headers for it, I'm pretty sure that the header will fit, but I dont know if there are any extra sensors that the 240 has that my truck dosent have so I dont know if there will be any extra smog or o2 sensors that I may not know about, and if someone has been crazy enough to do this, what the job intails, just some tips and hints or if this is just not fesible would be great.

It could very well fit, IDK. It would have to clear the firewall and steering shaft. IDK about the o2 sensor position. You could post this in the trucks forum, too. There are companies that make headers for the hardbody truck, namely pacesetter.

thanks, I looked at the pacesetter website and I found they have headers for it and exhaust, I was just looking for headers, I could never find any so I figured I would have to use one for a 240
