1988 D21 5spd 2wd, needs valve seals, door and rocker repaired(doesn't leak and opens fine), fender straightened, interior rough but livable, AC works, PS works, runs and drives good, tags good, needs inspection, tires decent and brakes are phenomenal. $500, maybe $400 if I really haggle.

I wanted it for the farm, but looking at trying to raise it a little, I maybe late to the party, I can't find any kits or torsion bars for it. Parts for everything else looks reasonable. This would be my first Nissan truck, my rogue has been awesome, the only reason I am considering it.

Is this a deal or a dud, anything reason to stay away from it?

Thanks Darryle

Only thing you left off was how many miles on it. Any rust issues?

No rust and unknown mileage. It belongs to a Uncle who has had it since New.

Sounds like a good deal at $400. You can lift them without replacing torsion bars but if you want bars Sway A Way is the place to go for them. As for the rear lift shackles are the way to go.
