D21 3" Calmini Lift

I am in the process of installing the 3" suspension lift on my D21 and am a bit confused on where the brake line stand off kit all goes. I put it together the best I could guess it should be, but now the e-brake cable is rubbing on the passenger side leaf pack.

I used the two square spacers under the center and left E-brake cable mounts, one square spacer under the brake line, the flat standoff and the round spacer for the main brake line...

If any of you have pictures of your kit installed, that would be great since the "instructions" are a little vague for this part.
