Hey i have d2's on my 95 240, i've noticed that after installing them when i am making a slow turn or hitting bumps at a slow speed my car makes this creeking sound, also the it seems like it kinda sounds like if it was the metal rubbing against the metal. Is this a problem with all coilovers or just mine, becuase my friend said he has the same problem.

Is it possible that the coilovers are rubbing something?? If it sounds like metal on metal, somethings rubbing against the wheel. What kinda wheels do you have? Offset?

Possibly the pillowball mounts.. they make noises. Add some lube every once in awhile, or just get used to the noise.

When I got mine, the right side pillowball was frozen. When I turned the wheel it made the most horrible popping noises I've ever heard. If you unbolt it from the spindle, and you can't move it back and forth, left and right and around, then it's frozen. Unbolt the top of the camber plate and grease up the pillowball. Worked great for me.

Also, make sure that you raise and lower it by the spindle bracket, NOT by raising and lower the bottom spring perch. That is the incorrect way to do the front. The fronts are seperately preload and height adjustable.
