I have coilovers and had a squeek coming from the front left when I turned to the right...I thought it might have been the coilovers being loose where they can screw up and down to adjust ride height, but it turned out to be a worn out tie rod at the connectin of the tie rod and steering rack. Check out your steering linkage, especially if you feel anything in the wheel whenver the squeek sound occurs. Shake some things around and look/listen/feel for play in the linkages maybe?

Glad I could help

My problem was coming from the tie tod, and I'm replacing it so I have no doubt that will fix *my* problem. My best advice is to jack up the front end and look/shake around to try and see what's loose or has any play and start from there. Also look for ruptured or leaking bushings and replace those when you have the time. If nothing else you are replacing things that will improve your car's handling anyway.

I purchased tein tie rods, rod ends, and thier tension rod kit and it should get in this week. Looking forward to it but yeah it will surely fix my problem, dunno what exactly is wrong with yours though so getting what I got may be a bad idea unless you were going to spend money on those specifc upgrades anyway. You will probably have to mess around down there until you discover the problem yourself. Good luck.
