Hey guys, I just wanted to let you know that my friends Coilovers came in today via Fed-Ex.... Check this out, he paypal'd tuesday and they cam early this morning. Talk about fast service! Thanks Mark, they really are nice unit's. He says you can raise or lower the car by the spring perches, or use the actuall mounting points on the bottom of the coilovers, as they too are adjustable. He said that when he first lowered the car down, the jack would not even come out from under the car :D :D :D

Big thanks to Mark! they are definitely worth the trouble!.

mods..... I wanted it posted here since this is where the majority of buyers would be looking for info on these. If you need to move it though I will understand.

i posted in the actual thread and in the Susp. forum. It'll probably get more reviews here though :p

What springs did your friend get?? And how does he like them??

I'm running the 9/7 springs right now and after a little driving you get used to it. It's not bad AT ALL. My dampening is only on 18/ 36 (3 full turns out of 6.5 really) and it feels fine. Gonna play with them later today.

Thanks. I am really worried I am going to have waited for weeks/months and then get my new shiny coilovers and can't put them on due to my wheels.

I also was wondering if the coilovers would clear my wheels. They are 15x7 +40. Thought I would throw out that question. Cause I need to know if I need spacers, or even new wheels.

I am thinking no. Other can answer better, but I think you will need about a +31 with coilovers on a S13 with 7" wide wheels.

I am hoping you can run 17x7 +35 with these coilovers. I would really like to get some FN01R-C's along with these.

Krazy skwerel are you talking about stock s13 wheels? steelies?

I sure hope you are right because it is hard to find wheels to clear z brakes and fit coilovers on a S13. Or it is to me. I wouldn't mind even paying $1500 for a set of nice looking wheels. Not to modern and fancy. I want them plain.

Well I know 17x7.5 +32 Enkei RP01's clear z brakes and coilovers. Those are the wheels I want the most.

Nice, I am really hoping I can use a +30 with a 7.5". That will help my wheels search alot.

I have about decided to wait until my D2's get here to order/buy wheels so I can measure them for myself.

The reason I haven't bought the RP01's yet is because I am a cheap bastard. :D I can't wait to get the coilovers, but the fact that I will probly need new wheels bums me out.
