Hey guys I had ordered a set of D2 coilovers from this one guy who is trying to start selling them here on the boards. He had sent me to his first supplier who screwed my order up and ended up sending it to another supplier who in some smart way put the wrong address on it (wrong zip code) and shipped it to NY instead of TX. Now UPS is taking their sweet *** time and keeps telling me I will get my package and it has been delayed nearly 20 days. Is there some sort of complaint I can file with UPS, because this is really BULL ****. Here is the tracking number because UPS acts like they have never seen an address before:

I would love to just foget these d2's and get Megan coils or Tein. I will never try and save money by going for a different brand again. Please someone tell me I have the power to do something that will make UPS say something more than "we are sorry for the delay" like how about refunding my shipping or something...
