D-I-Y Front Lip for 1st Gen. Rogue

Bought some garage trim

Attach in your own personal way.

I used outdoor 10 pound weight limit double sided tape but NOT 3M auto version because way cheaper. And some clips from an old hanger. Very crude set up. It was difficult sticking to the plasti-dip panel but holding for now.

Only did corners since I have a Bullbar; but you get the idea.

Just a hint of a change, you don't really notice unless you really look for it.

Can be removed easily. No biggie.

I went with the EZ-Lip Pro. Don't know how long it will last but gives it a look. comes with 3M tape already attached...but still had to use a couple of washers and self tapping screws on the corners.

I almost went that route, but i had a cheap impulse moment for less than $15. Your stuff probably looks way better up close. But during the quick everyday glimpse by the public, the generic universal and garage trim all look the same.

Did you do the rear bumper, i bet it looks great!

Thanks- I looked at both options , but went the EZ Lip Pro only because of the 3m tape and the width. Well the stuff didn't have much "stick" even after following the directions. Used heat gun and so on. This stuff is pretty pricy for what it actually is----foam. Found an amazon deal but still paid 40 bux. Was thinking of looking for a poly urethane lip...maybe from an impreza? Gonna try the one from my 05 on it?

I like that, it's a nice understated look.
