Cylinders one and four getting to much fuel?

ok this is what is happening, cylinders one and four seem as though they are getting over fueled. There is spark, compression and coil pacs have been switched with no help.everything seems to be working the way it should but when fired cylinders one and four seem as if they are not properly combusting. THis is an RB25 (series 2) by the way. Does any one have any idea at all. Once again im asking this for my buddy who doesn't have access to a computer. THanks alot guys.
