vehicle: 03 Nissan Altima 3.5SE

so I just found out that a screw came lose from my swirl valve and fell inside my engine assembly. Now my cylinder no.2 is at 145psi, when it should be at 165psi +. Now my question is, should I still drive it and should I try to find someone to rebuild the cylinder or replace the engine, which was recommended by the dealership. It drives fine, but the "service engine soon" light is on (there goes the smog check).... anyone have any suggestions on what route I should take? Also, money is tight!

thanks 4 your time everyone.

20psi difference is not something you want in a motor but if you just use it for a carbon builder(daily driver) it is driveable in that sense...I would fix it if it were me.
