cylinder miss fire

one of my cylinders is miss firing. and the car is running like s_it. just finished doin a tune up. dont know what to do any more. any tips (95 maxima)

Have you checked the coil packs to determine if one is bad?

no i did'nt , i might sound silly but how do i check my coil packs, do i jst unplug them one at a time and see how the motor reacts
