I got mine off of ebay a while ago for about $60 shipped, it's a dual gauge pretty similar to what you posted. To anyone who doesn't have one yet, but already owns an air compressor, I would definitely suggest picking one up.
The Leak down tester has became one of my favorite tools to use during rebuild. You can pressure check all kinds of things: Combustion chambers (of course), intake manifolds, coolant system, oil system, fuel system, etc.. It's always nice to be able to catch a leak when the motor's on the stand instead of in the car blasting down the highway.
Edit: If you remove the gauges and swap their position, you can monitor the pressure inside of the test chamber. The leak % gauge still works fine this way too. The way the tester comes the pressure gauge will show you input pressure only so it's hard to dial in a "specific" test pressure without screwing with the tank regulator.
