Cylinder Head Dilemma

Alright so the cylinder head that came with my sr20 has some little cracks around the spark plug hole on the combustion chamber side. Because of this I decided to hunt for another cylinder head. I found one and everything looked good and today when I was getting ready to disassemble it I noticed that on the rear of one of the camshaft bores there was like 3 to 4 like nicks in it that appeared to have happened after it was disassembled. It already had the cams and cam caps removed when I purchased, but didn't notice it today. Other than that I would much rather use this head, but am curious as to my options for fixing the nicked bore. Just looking for some input or personal experiences. I will try to get some pictures of it tomorrow when I am back in the shop.
