cylinder four has no spark can someone help!!!!!!!!

I have a sr20det. I changed all the coil packs, spark plugs. I even check the wiring for the ecu to the ignitor chip. from the ignitor chip to the coil packs itself. there is voltage which is 12 volts going into one side of the ignitor chip.It is giving spark to three of them but not the fourth one. Has anyone went through this before? should i change the ignitor chip itself. can this be the problem. and all the coil pack are grounded too!

You've already found your problem. Change the ignitor.

180fan! guess what the ignitor chip did not work. My friend has a car like mine and we install the chip. They only thing that is left is the ecu. Can the circut go bad in the ecu. That firies coil pack #4?
