Cylinders 2 3 and 4 are pulsing properly. A know good coil will not fire in cylinder 1. Constant power is good at all coils as is ground. The red green wire from the coilpack in cylinder one going to the ignitor chip only has three volts when plugged into the ignitor. All the other wires coming out of the ignitor to the coils have 12v. With the key on the ignitor instanly starts getting progressively hotter as does the coilpack in cylinder 1 without even cranking the engine. Any advice?

replace that mofo! it's a straight shot from the igniter to the coil pack. If it's from the ecu to the igniter then replace that one. Should only be 2 segments of wire to that coil pack. Replace it its most likely shorted somewhere.
