cylinder 1,5,6 dead not fuel but have spark

so i have been working on my rb20 for about a week replacing the head gasket and putting the motor back together.... got it running today but its only running on 3 cylinders.. ... checked the connection and still nothing.. only 2,3,4 are working

does anyone know why the injectors would not fire when they did when i took the motor apart

They were working before the you pulled the motor apart right!?!? Still having issues with timing?? At least just double check everything, make sure the connection to the wiring harness and injectors is nice and clean, then maybe just double check the harness to make sure it's not possibly "pinched" or cut etc.

i will do that... pulled the injectors and checked the commection but i will go over the whole harness.... let me know if it could be anything else

Well, then you said after the compression test that cyclinder 5 is done for. so on top of the motor being pooped. Does that mean you do have bad injectors!?!? or that it does matter since #5 is bad. what baout #1 and #6??
