Cxracing turbo kit??!!

I already read the thread about these kits. I have a question apart about it. If i got this kit http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...ories... and i swapped out the bov and waste gate with a mishimoto intercooler would i be good to go???

Perhaps I don't understand the question. You can't swap out the BOV and Wastegate with an intercooler. I'm sure that's not what you meant.

Are you asking what parts should be swapped out? I'd use a Tial wastegate and a Bosch Bypass Valve and use the FMIC that the kit comes with. Hopefully the turbo holds up for you. I will admit, it's a good price for a complete kit minus tuning. I'm just leery of those turbo's.

The turbos on those are pretty much a hit or miss thing. I've seen cars that last years on those turbos with zero problems. There's a dude local that beats the piss out of his track only car with this kit on a single cam. Has been going strong for over 2 years now.

Besides, they're only a few hundred bucks to replace, so what the hell right? You've got all the other pieces, and they work fine for low boost setups.
